Here’s how to slim your thighs and help reduce unsightly, unsightly cellulite. It is much easier than I thought. I’m going to show you how to do this without making it time for you, as I’m sure you’re busy and have a lot of other things you’d like to do besides exercise.

How to slim your thighs

1. Slide your legs on a foam roller.

This exercise is for your cellulite. Buy a foam roller at Wal-Mart or your local sporting goods store. It will cost less than $ 10. Put it on the floor of your house. While in shorts, push and pull your legs across the foam roller while seated. You’re using gravity and the weight of your legs to press down on the foam roller … helping to smooth out your cellulite.

Do this for a total of 5 minutes each day. This exercise alone will lessen the appearance of your cellulite better than anything else you can do.

2. Walk backwards

Backward walking puts more emphasis on the glutes and hamstrings (back of the legs). It’s a great way to work your legs in a low-impact way. I don’t know how overweight you are or how out of shape you are, but I do know that most people who are more than 30 pounds overweight cannot handle the intensity of many cardio exercises like running or jogging. Even if they could, your ligaments and joints get stressed from the extra pounds, leading to many injuries. So avoid those things and keep walking backwards.

Take these walks for a total of 15 to 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week. Obviously, so that you don’t look ridiculous, you should use a treadmill. Here’s how to slim your thighs and reduce cellulite without risking injury AND without overdoing it.
