Three years ago, I went through a very difficult period in my life. But I managed to turn it around and get a positive result.

One of the goals I got was to lose a lot of weight. 20 kg (44 lbs) over a period of just three months, and most of the weight loss was maintained permanently.

I have the Law of Attraction to thank for this victory, and if you are in a fight against your weight, you too can win.

First of all, I decided to lose weight. I decided to lose a lot of fat in a short period of time and become handsome and attractive as quickly as possible. I even put a time limit on my goal.

So I took action. I reduced my food intake from large portions to small portions. Since I was going through this bad time, I didn’t want to enjoy myself. Not even when I was eating. So instead of eating out of lust, I just ate enough to survive.

Every day I also took a good walk. For at least 30 minutes I walked at a brisk pace, whether it was raining or shining. I did this to get away from my problems, to let the air in and clear my mind of negative thoughts. Through the movements, I improved my mood.

I also did many daily meditations. Not about losing weight, but about my problems. However, I am sure that mindful breathing and meditation also went a long way in solving my weight problem.

Every morning I would get on the scale and hope that it would mark 1 kg less than the day before. It wasn’t something he expected or wanted. It was something I expected.

Some mornings the weight had not changed. Some mornings they were almost 2 kg less than before. The weight was always going in the right direction, which didn’t surprise me at all. I took it for granted, and never doubted it for a second.

After three months, he had lost 20 kg, which is obviously less than one kg per day, but he was satisfied with the result. The weight loss made me feel good, and it showed. As if by a miracle, my bad times ended, things changed and life was good again.

If you want to achieve permanent weight loss with the help of the Law of Attraction, I recommend that you set yourself a goal, do a lot of meditation and visualization, take action and wait for miracles to happen. They do, you know.
