I have prayed for years and God still has not answered. This faith thing, does it really work? Many people who had the same challenge, but for a shorter period, have shared their testimonials; I really think? These thoughts and many more may have crossed your mind and you are wondering how to stay in faith until you experience your victory. This item gives you the battle weapon to use, which is the love of God.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son…” John 3:16 (KJV) Also Romans 8:32 (KJV) says: “He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all, how will he not also give us all things with him?” Furthermore, Isaiah 49:15 (KJV) says: “Can a woman forget her suckling, so as not to have compassion on the son of her womb? Yes, they can forget, but I won’t forget you.”

The above scriptures make it clear that God loves us and that He will give us all things free of charge. To reinforce his level of love for us, he likened it to a mother’s love. It is very difficult for a mother to forget her nursing child. And God says that even if a woman forgets her own child, He himself will NEVER forget her own child.

Therefore, no matter the challenge, remember God’s love for you. It is a battle weapon to use when the enemy floods your thoughts with doubt. The mind is the battlefield, win in your mind and victory is yours. So when these thoughts come, open your mouth and declare that God will grant you your heart’s desire according to his word because He loves you. The enemy, the devil, cannot bear words spoken in faith, Luke 21:15.

Our earthly parents will always give their children what they want as long as it is good for them and they have it to give. Even if the parent does not immediately have it to give to the child, he will plan how to do it in the near future. Like earthly parents, God wants to give us the desires of our hearts. The good news is that God ALWAYS has everything to give. All He wants is for us to stay in faith until we see the manifestation of our desire.

Can you imagine a father refusing to give his son he loves what he really needs? If his answer is NO, then rest assured that your heavenly father cannot do it much else. Matthew 7:11 says, “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him?”

The love of God as a combat weapon allows you to combat all doubts. An understanding of your heavenly Father’s love for you will help you believe that what God said he would do. He can’t watch his son being held up for a challenge and not do something about it. Delay is not denial and God will work all things together for your good.

When I was reproached for childlessness, all sorts of thoughts ran through my mind for many years. But whenever such thoughts appeared, one weapon of battle that I always used was God’s love for me. Sometimes I wouldn’t be sure of my faith in anything else but I would be in God’s love for me. I believed that the love of him would show me mercy and grant me my heart’s desire and I declared it to myself and others whenever I had the opportunity to do so. I didn’t know how I was going to do it, but I was sure his love would do it for me anyway.

This security allowed me to spend twelve childless years in joy and peace. It strengthened me and even brought me closer to God. I had great hope that she would certainly be a happy mother of children. Today I am a mother. My father did not fail me and he will not fail you either. No matter the challenge, he wields this weapon of battle and victory will be his.
